The name of the First Dominion is a reference to the planet of Domino 
from the Winx Club . Domino was the final resting place of the Great Dragon who created the Magic Dimension . After the Dragon disappeared, the Dragon Flame was inherited across generations by the members of the royal family of Domino, of which Bloom was the heir.
