Rainbow S.p.A. is an Italian studio co-owned by Iginio Straffi and ViacomCBS (which also owns Nickelodeon). It produced the original Winx Club series alongside RAI and Nickelodeon. The studio's other shows include Huntik: Secrets & Seekers and Club 57.
Rainbow produced Fate: The Winx Saga in association with Archery Pictures, the latter of which oversaw the series' primary production. Rainbow has been named the exclusive global consumer products licensor of Fate: The Winx Saga. The Fairies' Path is the first of many licensed products created for the series, along with fashion and apparel through "Don't Call Me Jennyfer."[1]
